Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a practice to help you slow down in today’s busy and stressful world. You will be still for the majority of the time gently resting in fully supported passive stretches that encourage your body and mind to restore.

Pilates

Mat Pilates is a low impact exercise practice that can help to improve your strength, tone, flexibility, alignment, core and posture. Pilates can transform not only the body but also the mind by increasing your sense of body/mind connection through movement awareness and the Pilates breath technique.

Tuesday Restorative Yoga 2pm – 3pm A gentle stretch and relaxation class
